Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may be eligible to exchange it under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Time Limit: Requests for exchange must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any item that shows signs of being worn, washed, or altered may not be eligible for exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process any exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally excluded from our exchange policy due to their nature:
- Perishable/Consumable Goods: Items such as flowers, incense sticks (agarbatti), dhoop, samagri (pooja materials), edible items, and other similar consumables are typically non-exchangeable or non-refundable.
- Products on Sale: Items purchased at a discounted or sale price may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Products that were customized or made-to-order.
3. Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@poojastore.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange, unless the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged.
- Replacement: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is not available, we may offer an equivalent item, a store credit, or a refund.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photographs or video of the damage to the product and the original packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we may cover the return shipping costs in this case.
Note on Shipping: If the item is not defective, you will typically be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the store.
